DIANNE'S TRANSFORMATION STORY

In November of 2016, I was overweight, out of shape, and had very little energy. After 5 knee surgeries and a total hip replacement, I could no longer exercise the way that I used to. I tried to make good choices about what I ate and even worked out with a personal trainer but I was inconsistent. Throughout 2016, I had been through a great deal of change and did not take care of myself in the process. All my clothes were tight and fit uncomfortably and I refused to buy a larger size.
